Plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
Because access is delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
The Rookie plan is free and requires no payment method.
