SharpSlap provides statistical model output about NFL player props for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not provide betting, financial, tax or investment advice. No pick or confidence figure is a guarantee of any outcome.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are stated on the pricing page. See our refund policy.
Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service or its data feeds, misrepresent the Service, or use it unlawfully or where prohibited. Automated access to the board or feeds outside your plan's export features is prohibited.
The Service, models, and content are owned by SharpSlap or its licensors and protected by law. Player names, team names and imagery are the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, availability, or that any pick will be profitable. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpSlap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any betting losses, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
